I keep trying to watch videos and it says I have to log in first. When I try to log in it says “authenticating” and seems to get stuck and never logs me in.

Right, so there is no way of knowing if you’re signed in or out at this place.
Logging in doesn’t work.
You can’t access any of the videos if you aren’t signed in.
